This former Masonic temple, built in 1920, is a conversion project including vertical and horizontal extensions of existing into a new residential building with 28 rental apartments. The front and side facades are retained and include additions of large windows to accomidate units on every floor and maximize light exposure. This historic location is flanked by a more modernized addition on the back and top of the structure, adding space, but not impeding on the Beaux-Arts inspired design. Total project area is 25,500 SF.
