A gut rehabilitation and vertical and horizontal extension of an existing three-story townhouse yielded dynamic floor plans with floor-to-ceiling windows and a contemporary, geometric outgrowth expanding the contextual landscape of the street. 140 Degraw was developed as a mixed-use building with 6 luxury residential condominium apartments. Total project area is 5,500 SF.
