A vertical extension of an existing two-story structure yields a modern building with 84 luxury rental units and accessory off-street parking. The design includes three modern additions to the left vertical side of the building, bringing a modernistic appeal to the facade. Windows on the upper floors are enlarged to expose each unit to the maximum amount of light, and inserts along the facade allow for balconies. Total project area is 68,000 SF.
