This new mixed-use construction boasts 20 luxury residential condominium apartments, a medical office, and accessory off-street parking. Completed in 2010, the design embraces a contemporary approach with a combined use of brick and metal to accent a sleak gray exterior. A partial divide provides offset units with additional privacy from neighbors and additional space for units set at the front of the structure. Total project area is 31,000 SF.
