Gut rehabilitation and vertical and horizontal extensions of an existing threestory townhouse was done to develop a mixed-use building with a total of 10 luxury residential rental apartments and 3,500 SF of retail space. The  building is now also home to popular Brooklyn dining establishment SoCo. Total project area is 14,500 SF. Completed in 2011.
