Renovation and vertical extension of existing seven-story residential building in central Harlem. Scheduled for completion in 2016, this project will top out at 10 stories and 75 rental apartments. Modern vertical additions will bring new and refreshing life into this structure and complement the existing stone and brick facade. Total project area is 79,000 SF.
